Contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional), subject and message, plus the IP address used to submit the form (for abuse prevention).
Staff accounts: name, email address and role of editorial staff with access to the admin panel.
Technical data: anonymous performance metrics via Vercel Speed Insights, and error reports (browser, URL, IP address) to diagnose technical issues.

3. How we use this data

To respond to inquiries submitted via the contact form.
To protect the site against spam and abuse.
To identify and fix technical issues.
To grant staff access to the admin panel appropriate to their role.

We never sell or rent your data to third parties.

4. Cookies

This site only uses functional cookies required for the admin login system, and a cookie to remember your cookie preference. If you accept cookies, anonymous performance metrics may also be collected to improve the site. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.

5. Retention

We keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to handle your inquiry, and briefly afterward for administrative purposes. Error logs are cleaned up periodically.
